In advance of development of their Crowsnest Pass Property and to support their development and sales and marketing processes in general, Bridgecreek’s challenge was to gather actionable feedback around ownership requirements and preferences, usage and attitudes, environmental concerns, communication requirements and preferences, demographic profiling.

Deliverables included a rich dataset (nearly 500 completed surveys were collected from a wide range of customers and prospects) for ongoing use by Bridgecreek Management together with actionable findings and recommendations across several business-critical factors that can be implemented commencing immediately (e.g., more effective targeting of new clients and more effective brand development/messaging driven by
customer-submitted feedback).
