GreenServer

Visual Identity, Website, Corporate Message, Marketing Strategy
The Green era continues to expand and we were excited to be approached by this Calgary company, not only as technical experts, but as people who know the importance of making a difference.

Today, just about everyone downloads files with a BitTorrent client. In fact many major software developers offer their products this way because they realize that this is the next generation of file sharing. The challenge is that in doing this on your primary computer your computer runs slower, you have to keep it on all the time, and the files being downloaded are large and consume a large amount of space.

GreenServer solves this challenge at much lower power consumption. What this means is you can still get the files you need without slowing down your computer, because you are not running your computer all the time. You’ll see a dip in your power bill, and your computer won’t have as negative an impact on the environment.

Our Solution
This was going to be a special challenge because we knew several things that were going to be happening in the near future. Because the push for greener technology was growing, there was a time crunch in getting this to market. Also, when dealing with technology you always have to assume large companies are also going to be moving in this direction. So we needed to develop the look and feel for this product from scratch with the idea is that the GreenServer is going to be part of our daily lives, that it is more than technology, it is a lifestyle.

Their Solution
The GreenServer box was redesigned, and the whole identity was revisited and relaunched.  The company is now mass producing the box for global distribution and we will be working with them to execute the overall marketing plan we developed.
